He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Williams, Sr. and Virginia Longmire Williams; and his brother Gilford Williams. He is survived by: his wife Mitzi D. Williams; his pet Uzi; his children, Charles H. "Chad" Williams III (Angel) and Ashley Keel (Brooks); his granddaughters, Grace Buchanan (Patrick), Margaret Keel, Mary Keel and Sarah Keel; and his family, Wendell, Fatima (Uzziel), Louie, Ammie, Janriel and Husea (Ellise).
He lived by the principles of kindness, charity, and love for his neighbor, leaving an indelible mark on his community and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
