It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cody Wayne Chouinard of Jackson, Tennessee, who passed away on November 9, 2025, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael P. Chouinard, Jr. and Kristina Marie Blancett; his stepfather Jon Blancett; his sisters, Katy and Grace; his stepsister Tiffani Blancett; his niece Lydia Blancett; his grandparents, Dr. Michael, Sharon Chouinard, Robert Menges and Toni Skelton; and his pets, Cache and Ivy. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church (1665 HWY 45 By Pass, Jackson, TN 38305). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
