He was predeceased by: his parents, Berles Tubbs and Alline Johnson Tubbs; and his daughter Stephanie Tubbs. He is survived by: his wife Linda Tubbs; his children, Adam Tubbs and Mandy Tubbs; and his siblings, Jerry Tubbs, Roger Tubbs, Larry Tubbs and Brenda Piper. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
