He is survived by: his spouse Talissa Aline Neisler Watkins; his children, Derek Scott Watkins of Henderson and Nikki Meshiah Neisler Ripley (Nathan Anthony) of Jackson; his granddaughter Alaina Mae Ripley; his brother Stephen Watkins (Sheila) of Henderson; and his brother-in-law Michael Brasher of Henderson.
