He is survived by: his sons, Terry Allen (Stephanie) of Lexington and Shaun Allen (Paige) of Orlando, FL.; his grandchildren, Clint Allen (Caitlyn) of Lexington, Clay Allen (Raven) of Lexington, Chloe Austin (Heisman) of Lexington, Parker, Nash, Reece, Myers Allen of Orlando, Deanna, Jesse Williams and Jackie Blakey (Chris) of Nebraska; and his sister Becky Usery (Ricky) of Beech Bluff. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
