She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. Tignor and Ellen Mae Tignor; her husband William Vaughn; and her grandson William Dallas Smith Vaughn. She is survived by: her children, Chris Vaughn (Amber), Christy Manley (Dean), Cynthia Blackwell (David) and Angela Scott (Jeff); her brothers, Bruce Tignor (Cindy) and Alan Tignor (Jeannie); and her grandchildren, Angel Rhodes, Allison Cox, Hollyann Wright, Jonathan Thurston, Peyton Scott, Madison Crowley, Hailey Vaughn, Brooklynn Vaughn, Nathaniel Blackwell, Riana Halsey, Samantha Brewer, Rickey Norfork and Matthew Uselton. She is also survived by twenty three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask for donations to be made to the Bethel Baptist Church Benevolence Fund.
