He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lewis and Eddith Lewis; his brother James; and his wife Patty (Patty). He is survived by: his children, Leslie Granberry (Marc) and Matthew Lewis (Leah); his grandchildren, Eden Feducia (A. J.), Whitney Brzozowski (Jake), Foster Lewis (Vanda) and Dr. Francesca Granberry (Olivia); his great grandchildren, Georgia Feducia and Galina Lewis; his niece Susan Canavan of Massachusetts; and his nephew Dr. Jimmy Lewis of Arizona.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Donald R. Lewis Fund for Women's Health through the West Tennessee Health Care.
