We are sad to announce that, on August 22, 2024, at the age of 82, Edwina Lee Mitchum of Jackson, Tennessee, born in Brownsville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Earl Butler and Mary Belle Butler (Jones); her husband J. W. Mitchum; and her sister Jean Beatty. She is survived by: her son Roger Smith (Sandy); her stepdaughters, Alison McKnight and Melissa Mitchum; her grandchildren, Tiffany Walls, Joe Scott (Laschelle), Halee Monroe (Blake), Caleb Henson (Taylor), McKenna Jewell (Michael), Dustin Mittel (Alyssa), Blake McKnight (Lyndsay) and John Clayton McKnight; and her great grandchildren, Keeley, Gentry Walls, Mckenzie, Remington, Browning, Maddalyn, Lyric, Paisley Mittel, Mason Scott, Aurora Henson, Wyatt and Norah McKnight.
