She was predeceased by: her father William Cordie; her former husband Ralph Terrell; her husband Robert Spratlin; and her son-in-law Bill Cantrell. She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Terrell (Patricia) and Sharon Cantrell; her granddaughters, LeEllen Williams (Eric) and Madison Henison; and her great grandchildren, Thomas Williams, Inez Williams, Josie Williams, Zadie Mae Williams and Willow Rae Williams.
