It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gail Carr Eubanks of Jackson, Tennessee, born in West Plains, Missouri, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Carr and Altha Denton Carr; her husband Billy Griggs; and her siblings, Gary Carr, Donnie Carr, Frances Carr and Brian Carr.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Cantrell (Richie) and Kent Eubanks; and her granddaughter Caroline Cantrell.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to Aspell Recovery Center or RIFA.
