He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Dewey Jack and Tinie Baker Jack; his former wife Kay Walters Jack; his siblings, Gloria Flowers (Carlton), Ruby Jacobs (Edward) and Donald Jack (Peggy); and his brother-in-law Albert Daniels.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Jack; his children, Ronnie Jack, Teresa Johnson and Stacye Horton; his sister Iris Daniels; his grandchildren, Courtney Brown (Aaron), Chad Johnson (Brittney Neisler), Cassie Moseley (Austin), Chase Johnson (Kelsey Myracle) and Krystyna McKee; his great grandchildren, Millie Kate Brown, Will Brown, Devin Johnson and Tate Neisler; and his close friend Betty Sterling.
