Though Harmon may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Harmon touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, T. J. Arnold and Mary Margarett Graves Arnold; and his siblings, Anthony Arnold, Frances Young and Elizabeth'Liz'Kinchen.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine'Cathy'Harris Arnold of Pinson; his children, Kenneth Arnold of Medon, Tommy Fitzgerald of Jackson and Debbie Phillips (Manuel) of New Concord, KY; and his sisters, Verlynn Mobley of Spring Hill, TN and Shelia Evans (Bob) of College Grove, TN.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Highland Memorial Gardens (3360 N Highland Ave, Jackson, TN 38305).
