He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Collins and Helen Brown Collins; and his brother Noble Brown. He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Phillips Collins of Lavinia, TN; his daughters, Andrea Arnott and Jennifer Henley (Hunter); his grandchildren, McKenna Burns, Aspen Henley, Jenna Henley and Will Henley; and his siblings, Sarah Dahlstrom, Faye Rushing and Chris Collins.

They are requesting that memorial contributions be directed to Gideons International of Jackson, 30 Sutton Place, Jackson, TN 38305, or the charity of the Donor's choice.
