With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard D. Yates of Jackson, Tennessee, born in Camden, Tennessee, who passed away on April 3, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Denton Yates; and his wife Marie Melton Yates. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Yates (Jenny) of Medina, TN, Jeff Yates (Christina Aven) of Memphis, TN and Karen Sims (John) of Gallatin, TN; and his sisters, Ann Peoples (Ricky) of Camden, TN and Sarah Cantrel (Jim) of Camden, TN. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
