He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Phillip and Inez Marjorie Patrick; his siblings, Howard Ray Patrick and Marjorie Faye Patrick; and his grandson Jonah Evans-Patrick.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Patrick; his children, Matthew Priya (Anastasia) and Amanda Patrick; his grandchildren, Virat and Davind Priya; his uncle Paul Latham; and his mother-in-law Shirley Latham. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
