It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Joyner in Jackson, Tennessee, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Joyner and Lueela Williams Joyner; his son Matthew Joyner; and his brothers, J. L. Joyner and Charles Joyner.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Russom Joyner of Bethel Springs, TN; his sons, Will Joyner of Selmer, TN and Tyler Joyner (Devon) of Selmer, TN; and his brothers, Paul Joyner of Jackson, TN and E. O. Joyner of Finger, TN.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
