He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Frances Wade; his parents, David Dwayne Wade and Johnnie Ruth Murchison Wade; his brother Johnny Wade; and his granddaughter Katie Lynn Gordon.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Alexander (Ricky), Karla Greer (Stephen) and Lynn McQuesten; his sister Sheila Greene (Bobby); his grandsons, Wade Kemp (Jennifer) and Seth Coffman (Alina); and his great grandchildren, Aurora Coffman, Riley Coffman and Madison Kemp.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org/donate.
