He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Clark and Pansy Kirby Clark; and his son Joe Clark. He is survived by: his children, Mandy Wade (Michael) of Gleason, James R. Clark Jr. of Huntingdon and Shawn Clark of McKenzie. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
