She was predeceased by: her parents, Winifred Kendall and Ralph Kendall; and her husband Timothy Polk. She is survived by: her children, Sarah Holny, Jeremy Davies and Travis Cole; and her siblings, Robert, Richard and Joanne Kendall. She is also survived by her five grandchildren.
