She is survived by: her husband Macy Smith; her daughter Deanna Bane; her stepdaughter Shelly Swan; her grandchildren, Becky Skalka (Paul), Jason Nykowski, Steve Swan and Ryan Swan; and her great grandchildren, Collin, Emma, Austin Skalka, Patrick, Christopher, Ashlyn, Nora Swan and Madison Skalka.
