He is survived by: his wife Freida Kay Williams of Jackson, TN; his children, Allison Williams Burns (Russ) of Nashville, TN, Kelly Williams Ruff (Gary) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Chris Powell (Sharon) of Kihei, HI and Craig Powell of Houston, TX; and his grandchildren, Austin Powell, Tyler Burns and Parker Powell.
