He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennett Golden "Rass" and Mildred Johnson (King) of Maine; his grandson Alec Peters; and his brothers, Billy Johnson and Ronnie Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Salyers of Humboldt and Kara Peters-Ballard (Lance) of Spring Hill; his sisters, Jennifer Barnes of Union City, Shelvie Key of Union City, Donna Gregory of Union City and Reta Gooch of Springfield, Missouri; Jack Sanders of Grants Pass, Oregon.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
