He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Bowman and Lela Walker Bowman; and his siblings, Margaret Richardson and Fred Bowman. He is survived by: his wife Sue Bowman; his sons, Jimmy Bowman, Jr. and Ken Bowman (Kathy); his siblings, Mearl Bowman (Barbara) and Avis Stewart; his grandchildren, Jessica Bowman, Daniel Bowman, Luke Bowman and Madelyn Bowman Woods; and his great grandchild Lexie Mills.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home (403 E Baltimore St, Jackson, TN 38301). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Ridgecrest Cemetery (200 Ridgecrest Rd, Jackson, TN 38305).
