She was predeceased by: her parents, George Horn and Nancy Weaver Horn (Horn); her husband Van Phelps; and her son Bryan Michael Beiter. She is survived by: her children, Randy Beiter (Kelli) of Beech Bluff, TN, Dujuana Naylor (Tommy) of Bolivar, TN, Rebecca Clark (Mark) of Jackson, TN and Kayce Quintero (Joe) of Humboldt, TN; and her sister Cassandra Murchison (Blake) of Beech Bluff, TN. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
