She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Clarence, Janey Mitchell, Madison and Frankie Crabtree. She is survived by: her parents, Steve Crabtree and Emily Crabtree; her children, Josh Hertzka of Indianapolis, IN, Jaret Hertzka of Jackson, TN and Katie Oler of San Diego, CA; her stepson Jacob Hertzka of Colorado Springs, CO; her brother Mark Crabtree (Mona); her nieces, Lauren Evans (Jeremy) and Lesley Crabtree; and her nephew Landon Crabtree. She is also survived by her parents, children, and grandchildren.
