She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Montgomery and Veatrice Montgomery (Reed). She is survived by: her godchildren, Amy Vinson (Jeremy), Brandon Rowland (Sara), Sally Rogers (Jim), Grand-Godchildren, Claire, Preston Vinson, Ashley, Mary Evelyn and Lucy Rogers. She is also survived by numerous cousins and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Northside Church (2571 N Highland Ave, Jackson, TN 38305).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to dog rescue organizations in Kay's memory, honoring her lifelong love for animals and her special devotion to rescuing dogs in need.
