She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Freeman Joyner and LuElla Duncan Joyner; the father of her children Donald Eugene Morris; and her brothers, Doug, Larry and Richard Joyner.

She is survived by: her children, Keith, Lee Morris, Crystal Morris, Kim Beard (Danny) and Donna Hardin (Mike); and her sisters, Rita Shapley (Dewayne), Martha Sweeney (Larry) and Paulette Hayes.
