She was predeceased by: her husband Emmett Parsons; her son Marcus Alan Parsons; and her parents, Cecil Cole and Annie Ruth Cole. She is survived by: her son Greg; her daughter-in-law Cassie Parsons of Jackson, TN; her grandchildren, Marcus Parsons, Luke Parsons, Kate Parsons, Ellen Parsons and Calvin Parsons; and her siblings, Betty Nix and Charles Cole. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Flowers will be accepted, or donations made to the Missions Fund at Welcome Hill Baptist Church (2470 East Welcome Hill Circle, Dalton, GA 30721) in her memory.
