She is survived by: her husband William Garey Dougan, Sr. of Jackson; her children, William Garey Dougan, Jr. (Angie) of Hernando, MS, Mary Kathryn "Katey" Dougan Wysong (Keith) of Jackson and Margaret "Meg" Alice Dougan Oliver of Collierville; and her siblings, John Hiscox (Beverly) of Ellijay, GA, George Hiscox (Susan) of Jackson and Cecilia Norris of Jackson.
