It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Goode of Jackson, Tennessee, born in Clinton, South Carolina, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Conway Goode Jr.; her parents, Leonard Parker Dailey and Sara McKenney Dailey; and her brothers, Frank Dailey, George Dailey and Neil Dailey.
She is survived by: her sons, Jay Goode (Lisa Goode) and Wayne Goode (Sue Goode); her brother Joe Dailey; her grandchildren, Lauren Behrendsen (Goode), Caitlin Gonzalez (Goode), Josh Goode and Kyle Goode; and her great grandchildren, Briar, Harlow Behrendsen and Gaston Gonzalez. She is also survived by loving mother, and doting grandmother.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either one of the two charities listed below. The second charity is an organization that Martha supported and participated in research for her own essential tremor.
