She was predeceased by : her husband John Winfred Headrick Sr.; and her parents, O. C. Hawkins and Sadie Hawkins of Knoxville, TN.. She is survived by : her children, John and Melissa Headrick; and her grandson John Marshall Headrick of Claxton, GA..

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in her honor to Woodland Baptist Church in Jackson, TN or Southern Manor Assisted Living Care in Statesboro, GA.
