She was predeceased by: her father Willis Autman; her husband Hubert Shields; her son Tommy Guy; her grandson Christopher Brown; her great grandchildren, Baby Joel and Samuel Justus Pearl; her brother Billy Wayne Martin; her sibling's children, Debbie Martin and Travis Moore; and her stepchildren, Joe Shields, Debbie McAlpin and Tracy Burnett.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Lynn Cothren (Judy) of Henderson, TN, Michael Ray Cothren (Rita) of Henderson, TN, Loyce Ann Brown (Wayne) of Bolivar and Lisa Marie Lawrence (John) of Memphis, TN; her sister Shirley Struble (Doug) of Savannah, TN; her sister-in-law Bonice Martin of Henderson; and her stepdaughters, Vicki Head of Denton and Patricia Berkley (Buddy) of Pinson, TN.. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
