He is survived by: his wife Billie Marie Glover Cook; his siblings, Betty Caradine (Johnny) and Kenny Cook (Susan); and his siblings-in-law, Susan Brantley, Teresa Woods, Carla Hightower, Mark Cook, Julie Murchison, Ronnie Cook, Robbie Cook, Randy Cook, Brad Cook, Kim Carter, Johnny Caradine, Debbie Gayden and Andy Caradine. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
