She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Neal and Carrie Walker Rushing; her husbands, Cooper Neil Bell and Joseph Burton Williams; her son Robert N. Bell (Bob); and her siblings, Dorothy Wilson (Bob), Annette McNeal (Pete), Richard Rushing (Betty), Chester Rushing and Jimmy Rushing (Barbara).
She is survived by: her children, Larry Bell (Cindy) of Jackson, TN, Shelia Deaton (Chris) of Dade City, FL, Dennis Bell (Robin) of St. Louis, MO, Martha Melton (Chuck) of Jackson, TN, Joey Williams (Susan) of Jackson, TN and Andy Williams (Nancy) of Memphis, TN; her daughter-in-law Kathy Bell (Bob) of Chuckey, TN; her sister-in-law Pat Rushing of Jackson, TN; her grandchildren, Brian Bell, Brad Bell, Krysta Pittman, J. T. Bell, Nathan Bell and Katherine Lowrey; and her brother Albert Dan Rushing (late Bettye) of Jackson, TN. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
