She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Summar; her grandsons, Hunter Summar (Tessa) and Nicholas Summar (Melisa); her great grandchildren, Dylan Summar, Lilly Summar, Dalton Summar, Cole Summar and Gabriel Summar; and her sister Wanda Kay Reasons (Lynn).
