He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mullikin and Margaret Mullikin; his granddaughter Chelsea Frazier; and his siblings, Larry Mullikin, Johnny Mullikin, Glenn Mullikin, Thomas Mullikin, Robert Earl Mullikin, Wayne Mullikin and Linda Mullikin.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Mullikin; his children, Daniel Mullikin (Jennifer) and Daronda Frazier (David); his grandchildren, Tonya Sullivan, Logan Mullikin, Mike Mullikin, Kaitlyn Rumley, Cameron Tidwell, Jake McNabb and Ashley McNabb; and his brother Ray Mullikin. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
