He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Jackson and Annie Sue Pope Mulherin; and his wife Deborah "Deb" Mulherin. He is survived by: his children, David Mulherin (Diana) of Nashville, TN and Jennifer Peterson (Mitchell); and his grandchildren, Mercer Mulherin, Remi Mulherin, Maverick Peterson and Bodhi Peterson.
