He is survived by: his children, Erica Morse (Spencer) of Jackson, TN and Matt Childress (Allison) of Wildersville, TN; his grandsons, Warren Dale Childress and Henry Lee Morse; his close friend Christina Smith of Jackson, TN; his sister Geni Holmes (Wayne); his aunts, Nancy Bradford and Cheri Childress; and his close friend Chuck Upton.
