She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Vestal and Wynemer Vestal; and her brother Wayne Vestal. She is survived by: her husband Ricky Howard; her children, LeAnne Bailey (Justin) and Jason Howard (Kacie); her grandchildren, Jacob Bailey, BreAnna Bailey, Silas Howard and Jonas Howard; her siblings, Kenneth Vestal, Tony Vestal, Jeff Vestal, Barbara Scott and Beverly Middleton; and her sister-in-law Martha Dickson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Reed's Chapel (302 W Church St, Lexington, TN 38351). A burial was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
