It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Edwards (Jackson, Tennessee), who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Edwards and Marilyn Hardin Edwards; and his sister Margaret Ann Lyons. He is survived by: his wife Mary Thompson Edwards of Jackson, TN; his children, Brad Edwards of Jackson, TN and Amie Lynn Smith (Ben) of Humboldt, TN; his brother Billy Joe Edwards of Brownsville, TN; his grandchildren, Cody Edwards, Jordan Edwards and Ava Brinkley Smith; and his pet Tucker.

The family is requesting that any memorial donations be directed to Friends of Heart, c/o The Foundation, 74 Directors Row, Jackson, TN 38305 or online at http://www.wthfoundation.org .
