Robert Edward Taylor Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Edward Taylor in Jackson, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 19, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Taylor and Opal Taylor; his granddaughter Erin Taylor; and his siblings, Joe Taylor, Carolyn Horner, Wilber Taylor and Bill Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Wylie Taylor; his children, Robert Taylor (Jenny) of Maryville, TN, Julia Cardwell (Mike) of Dyer and Leigh Ann Moody of Dyersburg, TN; and his grandchildren, Brooke Carson, Paige Hays, Lauren Taylor, Julianne Tejeda and Celeste Moody. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to North Union Cemetery Fund, in care of Kasey Harris.
