He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Warner Moser and Nell Marie Hogue Barger; his stepfather Canova Barger; and his brothers, James Barger, Joe David Barger and Paul Moser.
He is survived by: his wife Judy McPeake Moser; his children, Robert Moser II and Elizabeth Moser (Beth); his grandson Dominic Moser; and his brothers, Malcolm Moser and Jerry Wayne Barger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
