He was predeceased by: his parents, Farrice Barger and Lorene Gateley Barger; and his siblings, Ric Barger and Glenda Barger Duck. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hurst Barger; his daughters, Alicia Barger Weaver (Chad) of Shelbyville, KY and Christina Barger Jackson (Ty) of Rockledge, FL; and his grandchildren, Yasmine Young, Brock Weaver, Marissa Weaver, Dylan Weaver and Jesse Jackson. He is also survived by seven nieces and one nephew.
