He is survived by: his children, Tammie McCoy Robinson (Douglas) of Lexington, TN, Tracey Patrick (Bobby) of Loveland, CO, Roy McCoy Jr. of Jackson, TN and Jerry McCoy of Waverly, TN.; his grandchildren, Lisa McCay, Jennifer Mitchell, Nicholas Thomas, Chance Chappell, Steve Nelson, Chis Patrick, Megan Patrick, Sebastian L. McCoy, Brently McCoy Williams, Bailey McCoy Williams and Spencer McCoy Williams; and his siblings, Carlos McCoy and Doris McCoy.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons (2812 N Highland Ave, Jackson, TN 38305). An entombment will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM. A procession will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mausoleum Chapel at Highland Memorial Gardens (3360 N Highland Ave, Jackson, TN 38305).
