She was predeceased by: her parents, W. D. Western and Madgie Beal; her stepfather Clint Beal; her siblings, Kay Montgomery and Keith Western; and her niece Denise Carol.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Grimm (Thomas); her children, Don Miller (Dena), Jerry Miller (Mary) and Misti Kirk (Patrick); her siblings, Jerry Western (Francis), Larry Western, Jean Cook and Cheryl Hayes (Eddie); and her grandchildren, Cameron Miller (Stephanie), Hunter Miller (Mimi), Addison Miller, Jerry Miller, Jr. (Kristen), Calvin Bryant, Whitney Bryant (Dustin), Raylene Bryant, Amanda Miller, Taylor Kirk, Keirsten McDavid and John McDavid. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorials in Sandy's memory be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hosptial in Memphis.
