He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward and Eula Cook David; his spouse Omega Coplin; and his brothers, Doug and Wayne.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mona Boyd (Bob), Pat Smith (Mike) and Shelly Burngasser (David); his grandchildren, Jay, Lauren (Corey), Trey (Jessie), Sidney (Christopher) and Tyler (Allexus); his great grandchildren, Lilly, Jayden, Roman, Harrison and Julian; and his siblings, Bobby, Vaughn, Jerry, Nell, Nancy and Ann.
