Fullerton, Jr. (Terry); her grandsons, James Franklin and Matthew Fullerton; her great grandchildren, Bryleigh, Olivia, Andrew and Aubrey Fullerton; and her nieces and nephews, Cindy Riggs, Frances Pannell, Georgia Bates, Brian Bates, Albert Bates and Billy Lofton Bates, Jr..

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Arrington Funeral Directors and Crematory (148 W University Pkwy, Jackson, TN 38305). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
