She is survived by: her son Joey Turner; her stepson Roger Travis Turner; her siblings, Bill Puckett, Charles Puckett (Diane), David Puckett (Cathy), Sammy Puckett (Shirley), Jimmy Puckett (Stephanie), John Puckett (Pam), Steve Puckett (Margie), Carolyn McKinney (James), Diane Western and Betty Ruth Ferguson; and her granddaughter Emily Lewis.
