He is survived by: his wife Susan Cummings; his daughter Sydney Cummings; his siblings, Lovena Mattioli of Blakeslee, PA, Lisa Cummings of Covington, TX, Chris Cummings of Memphis, TN and Steve Cummings of Covington, TN; his stepmother Gloria Cummings of Barrlette, TN; his stepson Eric Crawford of Murray, KY; his nephews, Joseph, Chase and Jacob Mattioli; and his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Crawford and Jeff Crawford. He is also survived by several other cousins, nieces and nephews.
