He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Wilson and Zita Overton Wilson; his daughter Jill Wilson; and his brother Wayne Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Becky Wilson; his children, Laura Thornton and Allen Wilson (Aaron Bear); his granddaughters, Savannah Thornton and Ashlynn Thornton; his great grandchild Kash Thompson; his siblings, Bruce Wilson (Donna) and Glenda Ozier; his sisters-in-law, Gail Wilson and Caroline Venable; his nephew Mark Ozier; his brother-in-law David Ozier; and his mother-in-law Lou Carson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Arrington Funeral Directors and Crematory (148 W University Pkwy, Jackson, TN 38305). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Englewood Baptist Church.
